Specific mobile app permissions:

  • Camera and Files: We require optional access to your camera and gallery so you can add images to your products and inventory, and scan barcodes.
  • Contacts: We request optional access to your contact list to make it easier to quickly import your clients into the system.
  • Location: We use your approximate/precise location to set up your business address, connect to printers, and for fraud-prevention requirements.

SECURITY AND DATA STORAGE

  • All databases are encrypted and hosted on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, an internationally recognized, high-standard data center.
  • Access to your account is protected by a unique username and password that you must keep secure.

DATA DELETION AND ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

You have the right to request the full deletion of your personal data and the cancellation of your account at any time.

  • Direct deletion from the App or Website: If you have access to your profile, you can delete your account and associated data from the settings menu. This action is immediate and irreversible for operational data.
  • Request via Email: You can request the deletion of your data by emailing soporte@yimiglobal.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Note: Once your account is deleted, you'll lose access to all your historical information. Yimi may retain certain minimal data only for as long as required by applicable law.

USE OF COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use our own and third-party cookies (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Mouseflow) to ensure the site works correctly, analyze traffic, understand how you interact with our platform, and personalize our advertising.
